1. Use of Service

The Sweet Vail app allows you to browse our menu, place food orders for pickup, and manage your loyalty rewards. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and placing orders.

2. Orders and Payment

• All orders are subject to availability and store hours
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Payment is processed securely through Square at the time of order
• Orders are final once submitted — contact the store directly for modifications
• Pickup times are estimates; actual wait times may vary

3. Loyalty Rewards

Sweet Vail Rewards are earned on qualifying purchases and may be redeemed for free items or discounts as described in the app. Rewards are subject to the following:

• Only one reward may be redeemed per transaction
• Rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred
• Sweet Vail reserves the right to modify or discontinue the rewards program
• Rewards are tied to your verified phone number

4. SMS Notifications

By creating an account, you consent to receive SMS messages for account verification and order status updates. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of notifications.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent security features or access other users' accounts
• Place fraudulent orders or abuse the loyalty rewards program
• Interfere with the operation of the Service

6. Limitation of Liability

Sweet Vail is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
